The Imperial Valley LGBT Resource Center has expanded its Cognitive Behavioral Therapy services and is offering more opportunities for individuals to receive professional mental health support at no cost.


What Is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a proven and evidence based approach that helps individuals understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It can help people manage anxiety, depression, stress, and major life changes. This type of therapy focuses on practical tools and strategies that can be used in everyday life.


Therapy on Your Schedule

Scheduling therapy can be difficult when balancing work, school, and family responsibilities. The Center makes the process simple and flexible.

The program offers one on one sessions with a certified therapist at no cost. You choose the days and times that work best for you, and the therapist will coordinate the rest. Therapy is now easier to schedule than ever before.
