What sets our support groups apart in the Imperial Valley is our unique approach to facilitation. Each group is led by a facilitator from the same age bracket as the participants. This means the LGBTQ plus youth support group is run for youth by youth, ensuring an environment where voices are genuinely understood and experiences are shared from a peer perspective.

The Imperial Valley LGBT Resource Center offers unique LGBTQ+ Youth and Adult Support Groups led by peers, providing a safe and confidential space to explore identity and self discovery. Participation is free, and interested individuals can call or email the center to get started.
Transgender Support Group
The Imperial Valley LGBT Resource Center offers a Transgender Support Group led by a proud transgender facilitator to provide guidance, activities, and a safe community for individuals navigating their transition.
