Family Counseling and Support

Families are not perfect. Everyone has challenges, whether it is not feeling heard, feeling different, or something else. The Imperial Valley LGBT Resource Center is here to provide support and guidance.

Personalized Family Counseling

We offer family counseling by appointment. Our team works with you and your family to address concerns and improve communication. Each family is assigned a trained and professionally certified facilitator to provide guidance tailored to your needs.

    Our family was struggling to communicate, and the counseling at the Imperial Valley LGBT Resource Center made a huge difference. We feel closer, and the facilitator really helped us understand each other better.

My Will to Change

The Imperial Valley LGBT Resource Center offers the My Will to Change program to support individuals facing substance use disorders, behavioral addictions, or co occurring mental health challenges. Weekly support groups provide guidance, peer support, and practical tools to help participants work toward recovery and healthier coping strategies.
