Welcome to My Will to Change Support Group
The My Will to Change is more than just a support group—it’s a compassionate and empowering space where individuals can begin or continue their recovery journey. We believe that change is not only possible but achievable with the right support, tools, and mindset.
This program is designed for individuals struggling with substance use disorders, behavioral addictions (such as gambling or compulsive behaviors), those at risk of relapse, and individuals experiencing co-occurring mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, or trauma.
Our group is peer-led and rooted in empathy, emotional intelligence, and accountability. Members connect with others facing similar struggles in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Sessions focus on:
- Identifying triggers and unhealthy patterns
- Building emotional awareness and regulation
- Improving communication and self-reflection
- Setting realistic goals and tracking progress
Through consistent participation, individuals can experience transformative personal growth, stronger coping skills, and a renewed sense of self-worth and purpose. Our goal is not just recovery, but healing—mentally, emotionally, and socially.
